Is there free shuttle to and from the Miami port ?
To the airport it is free, to the port there is a $10 fee per person.
Is there any places to eat near the hotel beside it's restaurant
I think Dolphin mall is the best place to go, you find there everything you need
At what airport location is the point of embarkation location for the hotel, is it on which floor? I need reference.
Thanks for your inquiries, our shuttle picks up guests in the departures area on the second floor, we leave the hotel every 30 minutes. Our transportation is green and white and has our address and phone number. When you go abroad, you can call us at 305-885-1941 and we will alert our driver to look for you. You can also give up the bus to stop the driver. We look forward to your arrival.
Can you tell me if there is a shuttle bus that goes to the cruise port or can I pick one up near by. Regards Jo
There is one for the crew that works on Carnival .. not sure if there is one for the guest to..

Mine was included. But it's not a big thing. Just a few things. Crossing the street u'll have burger king and pollo tropical

How do you advise the hotel that you are at the airport for collection in their shuttle. Our flight arrives at 6.30pm. Is there a call phone at Miami International airport?
